For 25 years, Kerrie Campbell was the person other people’s burnout landed on. As a global human resources executive, she spent her career inside the corporate machinery of people development and coaching — advising leaders, building programs, and, along the way, relocating her family from Australia to the United States for a job opportunity while serving as the sole income earner after her husband left his own career to raise their two teenage children.
Eventually the job she’d built a career managing for other people caught up with her directly. Campbell hit burnout and adrenal fatigue despite, by every external measure, succeeding — a disconnect that’s common enough in high-performing executives but rarely acted on as decisively as she acted on it. She resigned from her corporate role, took real time for reflection, and went back to school for certifications in transformational coaching methodologies most HR departments never touch: Human Design, PSYCH-K®, clinical hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, NLP, and Akashic Records work.
That combination now underpins Live Your Sensational Life, the coaching practice Campbell runs today, currently offering one-to-one coaching with group and virtual programs in development. The work centers on helping clients identify purpose, dismantle limiting beliefs, and build lives that feel fulfilling rather than just externally successful — the exact gap Campbell spent 25 years watching other executives fall into without a framework to climb back out.
Her client base so far has grown almost entirely through personal network and referral, which tracks with the nature of the work: this isn’t a service people find cold through an ad, it’s one they get pointed toward by someone who watched a friend or colleague change visibly after going through it. Campbell describes her own approach as bridging spirituality with practicality — a positioning that reads less like branding and more like the actual dividing line in her own career, between the HR executive managing everyone else’s development and the coach who finally did the work on her own.
